10 things I've learnt about t'cross

In no particular order.

1. Don't bother cleaning the car on a Saturday
2. "A poor man pays twice" Tubs is the way to go.
3. A sealed bearing headset is money better spent than fancy shoes
4. A first 5 seconds is the most important in the whole event
5. Brakes are the work of the devil.
6. There's no prizes for who rides the most - if its faster to run......RUN
7. Wash your bikes as soon as you get home.
8. A 44t big ring is big enough for anyone.
9. White socks with anything other than white shoes is a mistake.
10. CX riders are real cyclists, all other disciplines are for infidels
